Working Our Magic
When Bacardi came to us with Le Melon for Grey Goose, we couldn’t wait to get our hands on it. Every one of our Bacardi pieces so far have had flair and class, and for the Grey Goose Le Melon launch party we wanted to take packaging design to the next level.
Grey Goose’s new flavor of premium liquor is dubbed “the fruit of kings,” so the delivery had to be fit for greatness. Every aristocrat in attendance would be receiving one of our superb Grey Goose Le Melon boxes that included everything needed for royal revelry: a jigger, a stirrer, two cocktail glasses and a bottle of Grey Goose Le Melon.
To make this box the perfect party favor we used a combination of custom packaging techniques, including: turned edge box construction, soft touch lamination, foil stamping, multi-level embossing, raised UV pattern, foam inserts, tipped on pocket and a magnetic closure. And did we mention we only had three weeks for design and construction? That’s what we call magic!
