Use it for anything that will see a lot of handling, including membership cards, calendars, posters, maps, menus, price tags, food labels, point-of-sale materials and much, much more. At Fastkit, we never hesitate to take design in new and unique directions, and we use lamination for much more than its durability.

There’s nothing like a well-executed stamped or embossed finish to make a real impression on viewers. From wine and food packaging to consumer products of all kinds, we always deliver perfect execution, so it’s never been easier to capitalize on the most modern foil stamping techniques.

Going well beyond standard gold and silver, we have hundreds of foils on hand, drawn from the following families:

  • Metallic
  • Pigments and Tints
  • Satin
  • Matte
  • Pearlescent

We have the tools needed to handle a wide range of embossing and stamping applications. Our extensive experience with these techniques and our facilities offer the most production versatility and planning expertise in the industry.

Folding and Gluing

When it comes to folding and gluing techniques, we’re experts in all things sticky. There are about a thousand different adhesives at our disposal, and we have both the capacity to handle high-speed, high-volume gluing and the diligence to take care of even the most complex hand-gluing projects.

Our folder-gluers are equipped to handle both straight line and lock bottom gluing techniques, and they can work with solid board, plastics, varnished boards, litho-laminates, micro-flutes and corrugated board. We handle all those applications in our state-of-the-art, 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, ensuring that your project will come in on time and on budget.

Die Cutting

With more than thirty years of experience in the custom binder business, we’re very comfortable with both steel-rule and extreme-detail die-cutting applications. Our die cutters can handle sheets up to 28″ x 40″, which is plenty for most standard sheet-fed jobs. Precise cutting is the perfect companion to all the other great techniques and finishing touches.

Our diverse range of die cutting applications includes all of the following:

  • Product packaging
  • CD and multimedia holders
  • Folding cartons and boxes
  • Point-of-purchase displays
